Tecno is going to launch the Spark 40 in Pakistan, this is the last and basic variant of this series after the Tecno Spark 40 Pro and 40 Pro+ in 2025.

Design and Frame:
The design of the Tecno Spark 40 looks exactly like the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, and we can’t call it a copy because the phone was launched before Apple’s official announcement.
Polycarbonate material has been used, so both the body and the back are made of plastic. But the feel is kept in such a way that the back looks like glass and the sides are metal. But in reality, it is completely plastic.
Tecno claims that the Spark 40 has drop resistance of up to 1.5 meters, which protects the phone from damage. And because it has a plastic body, it is also difficult to break.
Display:
The Tecno Spark 40 features a 6.67 inches 720p 120Hz LCD panel with a punch-hole camera in the center. It also has IP64 water and dust resistance.
Processor:
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM, and its AnTuTu score is impressive. The Tecno Spark 40 has an AnTuTu benchmark score of 373723.
OS:
The operating system that comes out of the box is HiOS 15, which is based on Android 15. Therefore, Android 15 is also available out of the box in the Tecno Spark 40.
Storage:
The Tecno Spark 40’s box lists 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but it actually has 6GB of physical RAM and 6GB of virtual RAM. There’s also an external SD card slot so you can expand the internal storage as needed.
Camera Quality:
Talking about the camera setup, there is a 50-megapixel single camera on the back and an 8-megapixel camera on the front. The back camera delivers pretty decent results in daylight.
Both the front and back have the option of 2K video recording, and both also provide portrait photo functionality.
Night mode is only available on the rear camera, but there is also a flashlight for the front camera so that selfies can be sharp and accurate.
The gallery has an AI Studio and editing option, which also includes the option of AI Eraser and AI Extender. Although it does not have an ultra-wide angle, the image can be extended with the help of AI.
There is a single camera setup on the back, but it looks very similar to the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Battery and Charging:
Tecno is going to play with battery and charging in the smartphone, the phone has a 5200mAH battery which is only 200mAH more than the normal options. But 45W fast charging is an edge.
Now, 45W super fast charging is a bonus option in this price range, we usually only see 18W charging.

Extra Features:
There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, along with a Type-C charging port, headphone jack, and dual speakers. There’s also a dual SIM and memory card option.
Some of the Tecno AI features introduced include Ella Voice Assistant, Document Assistant, Writing Assistant, and AI Wallpaper Generator. The high-end live AI translation feature that comes in other Tecno phones are missing.
The camera also features an AI Portrait option that transforms selfies and portraits into AI characters.

Its price range will be kept between 30,000 and 35,000. The exact price tag has not been revealed by the company yet, but it is expected to be launched in the mentioned range.
