Influencer Samiya Hijab from Islamabad had sought help from the police, saying that a man named Hasan Zahid was harassing her and threatening to kill her.
Samiya released a video saying that just as Sana Yousuf was murdered, her life is also in danger.
Islamabad Police immediately arrived outside Samiya’s house with a team to provide her with protocol, so that there was no fear for the influencers.
Today, Samiya Hijab said in a video that with the immediate action and help of Islamabad Police, a man named Hasan Zahid has been arrested. Hasan had come outside Samiya’s house in a car to kidnap her, and the police arrested Hasan immediately.
After the Sana Yousaf accident, the police did not consider it a stunt or a way to promote themselves, but rather took the issue seriously and arrested the suspect within 24 hours.
Hasan Zahid has confessed to the police of harassing and attempting to kidnap Samiya Hijab. The Judicial Magistrate has handed Hasan Zahid over to the police for a 5-day physical remand.
Basically, Hasan was forcing Samiya to marry him, which Samiya’s refusal led to an attempt to kidnap and forcibly take Hasan away.
There is a campaign going on on the internet against Samiya Hijab that the two were in a relationship before and now Samiya is seeking asylum. It is being said that Samiya has borrowing a lot of money from Hasan and her screenshots are also going viral on the internet.
