Apple has launched the iPhone 17 series globally on September 9, 2025. The PTA taxes for the iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max are as follows.
The DRIBS PTA has revealed the tax on the iPhone 17 series in Pakistan. Due to the price of more than $1000, the tax is also going up to more than 200,000 rupees.
PTA tax can be paid in 2 ways, the first way is on the passport, and the second way is on the National Identity Card (CNIC). People traveling in Pakistan or passport holders can pay their tax on the passport, while ordinary people can pay the tax on the National Identity Card.
n both cases, passport or CNIC, PTA provides SIM active time of 2 months, i.e. 60 days, to everyone either traveling or importing.
