The rise in gold prices in Pakistan comes after a crisis in the international market. According to investors, the precious metal has reached high prices due to economic uncertainty.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association, gold prices in the local market have increased by Rs6,100, taking the price per tola to Rs384,000. Due to this, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs5,230, reaching Rs329,219.
The international market has also seen an increase in gold prices of $61, due to which gold prices have also increased in Pakistan.
Silver also increased by Rs 23, after which the price of silver per tola in Pakistan reached Rs 4,338.
