Fly Jinnah Faces Rs12 Million Sue by Lahori Men

Lahori Men sued Pakistan’s local airline Fly Jinnah with Rs 12 million for not serving him meal. The passenger desired for a vegetarian meal in flight, due to medical conditions, which he claim not entertain by fight crew.

He informed his dietary conditions to staff, but not responded well and respectfully. Causing him emotionally due to poor service for passengers. He said that the airline staff is not professional in their field of work, and not able to facilitate passengers having diet restrictions.

The situation is now dragged to the court, and hearing is scheduled on 27 May. Sparks talk among Pakistanis with poor service in health-related food requirements.

Airlines are expected to follow certain service standards, and the the case highlights attentive and response of large airlines towards the passengers. The output of this case can not only belongs to individual but to all airlines, to whom passengers trust for smooth and professional travel.
