Pakistan’s brilliant success in the Asian Bodybuilding Championship 2025. Pakistan won a total of 4 gold medals. The performance continued with 2 gold medals won on Friday, and 2 gold medals went to Pakistan on Saturday as well.
Faizan Gul won the gold medal in the 170 cm Mens Physique category, while Bilal Ahmed won the first position in the 180 cm Mens Physique category.
While the day before, on Friday, Ijaz Khan won the gold medal in the Masters category, and Farast Ali won gold in the 75 kg category.
Farast Ali hails from Multan and won gold in the 75kg category, while Ijaz Khan hails from Peshawar. At the age of 51, he won gold in the 80kg Masters category.
When spoke to Sohail Anwar, Secretary of the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation (PBF), He said that Farast Ali has a story that needs to be told to the world. Farast Ali works at a puncture repair shop in Multan.
“I work in a puncture repair shop, and it is very difficult to afford to travel to other cities, but my passion took me to the Islamabad trials and I was selected for the team,” said Farast.
He added: “I work at a puncture repair shop outside my home. I had a lot of expense problems even to reach Islamabad. Then when I was selected in the trials, the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation sent me to Bangkok.
